helping you
be more creative

Creativity goes beyond art. It’s the ability to see things differently, deal with complexity, and come up with better ideas.

Myths on creativity

Myth #1 Creativity is limited to the arts like music, painting, theatre, or poetry.

Myth #2 Creativity is a talent and a rare gift reserved for a chosen few.

George Land creativity test

In 1968, George Land conducted a research study to test the creativity of 1,600 children ranging in ages from 3-5 years old. This was the same creativity test he devised for NASA to help select innovative engineers and scientists. He re-tested the same children at 10 years of age, and again at 15 years of age. He found that 98% of young children tested at “genius-level” creativity, but this dropped sharply to about 2% in adults, suggesting that creativity decreases as we grow older.

“What we have concluded,” wrote Land, “is that non-creative behavior is learned.”

Product strategy

I help companies build products that customers will love by defining a clear product strategy based on user insights, business goals, and market opportunity. Working with development teams and designers, I translate uncertainty, scattered ideas, and feature requests into a focused direction and actionable roadmap. It is ideal for startups that have an idea / product but lack clear direction, product teams overwhelmed by feature requests and stakeholder opinions, companies with slow growth or unclear product-market fit, founders/leadership teams who need alignment and a roadmap to move forward.

Content & Storyline consulting

I help you shape and tell the story. Whether you need a strong executive level slide deck for board-level communication, sales pitch for your new products or company, briefs or GTM materials, I will deliver structured storyline, clarify the message, and build decks that are visually clean, persuasive, and easy to follow.

3 lessons I learned from painting

  • Lesson 1: Having patience and accepting ambiguity

You don’t need to know where each line goes and how all pieces will connect together.  There are no wrong moves - each one leads to a different version of painting and you can make each one work. It is important to always keep in mind - to not be afraid of making a "wrong" move. The process itself is exploratory and fulfilling.

  • Lesson 2: Look at things from a different perspective

“The real act of discovery,” Marcel Proust wrote, “consists not in finding new lands but in seeing with new eyes.”

  • Lesson 3: The power of being authentic

Through painting I realized I had my own style and that I felt the highest level of inspiration and positive energy when I was doing something true to myself.

There is strength in being authentic.
